It feels like I've know Becky forever.
Not true, but it feels like it.
A friend and I threw Becky a baby shower about a month ago in anticipation of another little girl joining the family;
and as it always is when you are the party planner: I did not get a gift made or even thought of because I wanted her party to be perfect.
So I offered to take maternity pictures instead.
She jumped on the chance ---
and not a moment too soon.
We took these pictures on Saturday and Daisy Mai came on Monday.
I loved every moment of our session and I think that we really captured the dynamic of their family and the beauty of a new little baby joining them all.
Big Sis, Hunter is giving the baby a kiss!

And Then There Were Three
I think that there is a joy, in and of itself,
when you know that you're going to have a third -- and of the same sex.
You don't have to worry about clothes of any size and its gotten to be pretty routine when that third one comes around.
It was a lot of fun taking Evelyn's maternity pictures.
We had fun trying different poses and the bigger boys did their very best at cooperating as long as they could.
John & Evelyn hadn't settled on a name for their little guy when we took the pictures
(though he did end up coming home an Ezra -LOVE!)
Can you beleive this one?
I barely did myself.
Evelyn put her toe shoes on to prove a dare to a friend.
I was beyond impressed that she was even able to balance.
We only tried a little bit...I didn't want a pregnant woman falling on my watch!
